These room usage terms apply to all rooms booked via elu rooms. Under § 8 of the elu rooms GTC they form a binding part of every usage agreement. By completing a booking, the booker accepts these room usage terms.
Email and emergency contact are included in the booking confirmation after payment.
1. Punctuality
Hourly bookings must be kept strictly, because further bookings may follow and later users need punctual access. The room must be fully vacated by the end of the booked time. If the booker overruns through their own fault, elu rooms may charge the resulting costs (for example compensation for the next booker).
2. Handover condition and cleaning
The room must be left in its original condition. All used surfaces, in particular treatment tables and other contact surfaces, must be disinfected by the booker.
3. Intended use
The room may only be used for the purpose stated with the booking (for example physiotherapy, training, coaching). Subletting or handing the room over to third parties is not permitted.
4. Occupancy
The maximum capacity stated for the room must not be exceeded.
5. Equipment
Equipment provided by elu rooms must be used properly. Damage or defects must be reported to elu rooms immediately. Unauthorised repair attempts are prohibited. Bookers are liable for damage caused wilfully or by gross negligence.
6. Fire safety
Smoking and open flames, including candles, are not permitted in the rooms. Escape routes must be kept clear at all times.
7. Consideration
Other building users must be considered, especially regarding noise.
8. Animals
Animals are not permitted in the rooms, except assistance dogs.
9. Confidentiality
Bookers must ensure that no confidential documents or data of their own clients are left in the room.
10. Personal belongings
elu rooms is not liable for personal belongings left in the rooms by bookers or their clients.
11. Breaches
If these room usage terms are breached, elu rooms may refuse future bookings by that person and charge resulting damage or costs.
12. Emergency contact
If problems arise during use, especially access issues, use the emergency contact from the booking confirmation. Email and phone number are sent by email after payment is completed.

Choose from the next available dates. Hourly booking is available from 7:00 to 21:00; half-day (7:00–13:00 or 14:00–20:00) is 10% cheaper, full-day (7:00–20:00) is 20% cheaper.
